SHIPPING

All of our products are shipped out with in 3 days of receiving your order.

We ship our products from various warehouses depending on product availability.

We will not use your shipping account so please do not ask

Orders can take from 5-12 business days for delivery to USA destinations

All customers outside the USA will be responsible for all Custom?s VAT and Import duties. Please recognize that delays sometimes happen when items pass through customs. We will not be held responsible for any items that are delayed at Custom?s. Please do not leave negative feedback for item?s that are delayed at customs. We have no control over customs

We will not be responsible for packages lost during transit. We provide Signature Confirmation to the customer at no additional cost to you to protect your package. Please specify if you do not want us to send your item with Signature Confirmation.


PAYMENT

Google Checkout is our preferred method of payment.

We accept PayPal or money orders with the purchase of any of our items.

If you are using PayPal, we will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. In order to confirm your PayPal address, please visit www.paypal.com and go to the help link at the top of the page. Once you are in the help screen, type in ?confirm address? in the search field. This will direct you to a link for directions on how to confirm your address


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Since our phones are international phones, they do not carry a US Warranty.

All of our phones are sold ?As Is.? Returns will ONLY be accepted if the phone arrives DOA(dead on arrival). We will not issue a refund for defective phones. Only replacement. All of our products whether they are new, refurbished or used are guaranteed against DOA. If you receive a phone that is DOA, you will need to notify us within 3 business days of receiving your phone. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please send all correspondence to turbochuck@msn.com and make sure you include in the subject line the model # and the word ?issue? for faster response. After the 3 day replacement policy, we will not issue a replacement or refund. We will use the arrival time on the courier?s website as the official time of arrival. Once we have been notified of defective phone, you will receive an RMA and instructions on sending the phone back to us for replacement. If the shipping box does not have the RMA number printed on the outside of the box, we will refuse the delivery and it will be sent back to you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for sending the phone back to us. We will pay the shipping cost for sending the replacement phone back to you.

Regardless of what the box or manual says, only the items clearly stated in this auction will be included in the box. You will receive nothing more and nothing less. In the rare case that something is missing, please do not leave negative feedback before contacting us. We will send out any accessories that might be missing.
You are responsible for checking with your service provider to ensure that the phone you purchase is compatible with the network you are using. Some service providers use 850mhz in which a tri-band phone will not get premium reception. We will not issue a refund for a mistake on your part. If a phone is returned because it is not working properly, our technicians will check the status of the phone once we receive it. If the phone is in good working condition and can make calls on our network(T-Mobile) after receipt, the phone will be sent back to you and no refund or replacement will be given

You are responsible for checking with your service provider for compatibility of network dependent services. If you are purchasing a cellular phone, we will not be held responsible for network dependent features or any firmware issues. MMS/WAP/GPRS/SMS/Data Transfer.
All product that is returned to us for a refund must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it in. All boxes, wrappers, filler, manuals, accessories and other products sent must be in the original condition without any markings. All products that are returned in any condition other than that described above will result in no refund or no exchange and the original purchased phone will be sent back to you.
Any refund that is given will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


PHONE CONDITION

All of our phones whether they are new, refurbished or used will be tested and inspected by our technicians prior to you purchasing.
We will asses the phone and specify all conditions of the phone in the auction. (ex. Scratches, usage, or any other non carrier specific issues)
We test the phones for power up. Phones will power up. You need to make sure you charge your battery before using the phone. Battery life is not guaranteed
We test the phones for signal received on a major GSM Network. An active SIM card is inserted into the phone to make sure that signal is received
We also make one test call to make sure that calls can be made from the phone that you are purchasing
This testing will ensure that you are getting a phone that is working properly and is unlocked to make calls on a GSM network that uses the specific frequency of the phone you are purchasing
We will not be responsible and will give no refunds or exchanges if you purchase a phone that does not work with your service provider!!!


WHOLESALE ORDERS:

SHIPPING
All wholesale orders take 2-7 business days to ship out. Once they have shipped out, they should be delivered in 3-7 business days. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.

PAYMENT
Wire transfer is our only form of payment accepted for wholesale orders. Due to fraudulent activity on the internet, this is the only form of payment we can accept for wholesale orders. Once you have placed several orders with us, we may offer other payment options to you. When placing your order online, please select the product you want. Once you have selected and ordered your product, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions via email.
